Through our experience in the roofing industry, we have learned several basic facts about disaster preparedness.
1. If you wait until the disaster occurs, you have waited way too long.
2. If you have failed to make a plan, you are at the mercy of others.
3. If you think you are safe and there is no need to plan, disaster will strike.
Since Nations Roof is not in the business of storm chasing, we go to a disaster area with the goal of taking care of our customers.

Since Nations Roof is not in the business of storm chasing, we go to a disaster area with the goal of taking care of our customers.
Prior to a storm, for instance, we call our customers to offer our services or they contact our service center to make us aware of their concerns about their properties and to learn how they can interface with us.
Many clients who have facilities in critical locations or multiple facilities take a more proactive approach to disaster response through our DISASTER FIRST RESPONSE PROGRAM.
When a Disaster First Response Program agreement is signed, the following services are provided:
• Nations Roof meets with customers to develop a customized plan that considers the customers' needs and priorities.
• Nations Roof sets up a system with a back-up plan to be sure there are seamless and continuous communications between the recovery team and client.
• Nations Roof allows customers to pre-approve pricing, paperwork, invoicing procedure and payment terms to assist with cost control.
• Nations Roof creates an in-house plan with our nationwide offices to form a recovery team dedicated to your facilities.
• Nations Roof provides thorough documentation of the damage and recovery process for insurance purposes.
