This program is for the customer who wants to see the inspection report in order to make decisions on what work to perform. Therefore, only the inspector visits the site and no repairs are included in the program fee. The inspector performs a thorough inspection of the roof usually in the spring and a report is presented to the customer with priorities, pricing and recommendations for the customer’s approval. The maintenance repairs are performed only upon customer authorization.

Our roof inspection specialists are certified through the Certified Professional Roof Inspector Program.

For those customers who want more than one inspection or need a more frequent presence on the roof to inspect and clear drainage due to the vulnerability of the building, there is a program called Roof Check. This inspection is performed by a service technician using a 100-point checklist. A report is prepared after each inspection and drainage is cleared. If there are minor problems, they are addressed; if there are more significant problems, the customer is contacted while the technician is on site or a temporary repair is made. The waterproof integrity of the roof is always the goal. A customer may contract for a fall Roof Check (or more frequently if required) in addition to the IMP or the IMRP.
