All data relating to our national or regional customers that flow through the service center is captured for several purposes. It provides asset management data, forensic information, general data for analysis of roof systems, roof design life, maintenance effectiveness and more. In its simplest form, the capture of repair and inspection information makes Nations Roof more efficient, so we don’t need to reinvent the wheel each time we are called to a specific site. The Service Center also houses all of our corporate data so it is possible to get an updated reference list, pre-qualification statement, or a copy of a detailed proposal from one location.

The service center is also the technical center for our customers. Nations Roof has professional employees who can provide many types of technical services for clients such as infrared services, specification details, materials testing, quality assurance, in-house training, and architectural or engineering services.
