TIME & MATERIAL
(T&M) REPAIRS
Time & Material repairs are the simplest business transaction with a service department. In order to maintain a high level of transparency all materials and labor with costs can be detailed in T&M invoices. In addition there is a clear description of the deficiency found, likely cause and repair that was undertaken. Finally, before and after photos of each repair are provided to the client.
T&M Not-To-Exceed
Time & Material repairs with a pre-set limit by the customer are common with clients who do not want to wait for estimates and need fast action but have a ceiling on what can be authorized. Usually customers stipulate that if the repair exceeds the Not-To-Exceed amount the Service Technician can call the customer dispatch and get further authorization.

Nations Roof provides free estimates on repairs for roofing, roof-related sheet metal, masonry, caulking, sealants and waterproofing. Within 48 hours the customer will receive a written detailed report of the problem, the cause if known and the recommended repair with photos. The recommended repair includes the materials to be used and the repair method.
The company performs roof inspections around the country every year. As a result of those inspections, which are the key component of a preventive maintenance program, a report is provided and repairs are performed per the specifications detailed in the inspection report. Repairs needed include those resulting from damage, product problems, poor installation, poor design or regular maintenance.
Repairs are covered by any warranty on any work performed by Nations Roof. Nations Roof provides warranties on any work performed including repairs and new roof installations.
Manufacturer Warranty
All manufacturers who license Nations Roof use Nations Roof's service network to provide repairs on roofs where the manufacturer carries the warranty. So if you call the warranty department at many manufacturers, you are likely to find Nations Roof personnel responding. We work closely with the manufacturer to determine the scope of the repair and make repairs that are completely consistent with the manufacturers' specifications. Those repairs that are covered by the warranty are paid for by the manufacturer; if the repair is not covered by the warranty the owner is notified.
